This dish features a savoury tropical tomato-garlic sauce made with 12 ingredients and tender beef, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers simmered to perfection. Sound familiar? You may have seen this iconic dish on Food Network Canada’s “You Gotta Eat Here”, but with Casa Manila’s Powered By SPATULA dishes, the “here” can now be your own kitchen!
Ingredients: Beef brisket, Tomato caldereta sauce (marinara sauce, carrots, water, tomato paste, pineapple juice, ketchup, extra virgin olive oil, brown sugar, onion, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, pickles, celery, garlic, annatto powder, spices, herbs, sea salt), White rice, Potatoes, Carrots, Green peppers, Red peppers, Sugars (granulated sugar), Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, brewing starter), Achuete oil (olive oil, annatto powder), Beef liver, Green olives, Garlic, Sea salt.
Contains: Wheat, Soy.

Cooking Instructions
- In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the beef and vegetable pouch and the kalderetta sauce pouch into the pan along with ½ cup of water. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 min stirring occasionally until warmed through and the sauce coats everything.
- Meanwhile, in a second large non-stick pan, add the rice with 3-5 tbsp of water and cook over medium heat for 4-5 min, stirring often until the rice is warmed through.
- Plate the beef alongside the rice and garnish with the crispy garlic. Enjoy!
