Butter chicken is a fan favourite for a reason, and our spin on this classic is no different. No need to spend hours in the kitchen, our Chefs do all the hard work so you can enjoy the best part: simply digging in. 

With tender chicken simmered in a creamy tomato butter sauce, this dish is bursting with the spices of India. Paired with fragrant and nutty basmati rice and garnished with crispy shallots, you can rest assured that each bite will be packed with warmth and flavour.

Ingredients: Chicken thigh, Water, Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), Basmati rice, Ginger, Yellow onion, Unsalted butter, Heavy cream, Tomato paste (tomato), Garlic, Balkan yogurt (skim milk, cream, active bacterial cultures), Olive oil, Chicken bouillon (glucose solids, dextrose, cornstarch, salt, chicken fat, dehydrated chicken, onion powder, hydrolyzed corn protein, yeast extract, citric acid, natural flavour, chicken broth, spices), Kosher salt, Herbs, Spices, Crispy shallots (canola oil, wheat, flour, salt).

Contains: Milk, Wheat.

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the butter chicken pouch with 1/4 cup of water. Cook over medium heat for 7-8 min, stirring often until warmed through.
  2. Meanwhile, in a second large non-stick pan, add the contents of the rice pouch with 3-5 tbsp of water and cook over medium heat for 4-5 min, stirring often until warmed through.
  3. Plate the butter chicken alongside the rice.
  4. Garnish with the curry with crispy shallots. Enjoy!
