Slow Braised Bolognese brings convenience to the previously time-consuming process of cooking bolognese sauce. All you need to do is heat and serve and you'll feel like you stepped into Italy! 

This meaty beef sauce is braised slooowly until tender in a stew of tomatoes and aromatics like garlic and herbs. Served with rigatoni and shaved parmigiano reggiano.

Ingredients: Rigatoni, Ground lean beef, Canned tomatoes (Tomato juice, Salt, Calcium chloride, Citric acid), Water, Yellow onion, Pancetta (Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Sodium nitrate, Starter), Carrot, Red wine (Wine, Salt, Sulphites), Homo milk, Celery, Tomato paste, Heavy cream, Parmesan reggiano, Extra virgin olive oil, Grana padano cheese, Granulated garlic, Canola oil, Italian parsley, Beef bouillon (Glucose solids, Cornstarch, Salt, Hydrolyzed corn protein, Flavour, Yeast extract, Beef powder, Dehydrated red wine, Canola oil, Tomato powder, Onion powder, Mustard powder, Caramel powder, Spices, Sulphites), Oregano, Basil, Mushroom seasoning (Mushroom powder, Salt, Mushroom extract, Vitamin B, Calcium), Ground black pepper, Sage, Bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the bolognese sauce pouch, followed by the rigatoni pasta on top with 1/2 cup water.
  2. Cook over medium high heat for 8-10 min stirring often, until the noodles are warmed through and the sauce begins to coat the noodles. 
  3. Garnish with the parmesan petals and enjoy!
