This pureed soup features the rich notes of coconut milk, hints of warm ginger, and the sweetness of carrots. Plus, it’s vegan and vegetarian friendly! The only way to make this soup even more delicious is by elevating it with our Crunchy Garlic Butter Croutons.
Ingredients: Carrots, Water, Coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60), Yellow onion, Ginger, Apple sauce (apples, water), Celery, Garlic, Vegetable bouillon (glucose solids, dehydrated vegetables, salt, corn starch, hydrolyzed corn protein, spices, canola oil, paprika, yeast extract, natural flavour, citric acid, caramel powder), Canola oil, Lime juice (water, concentrated lime juice, sulphites, lime oil), Kosher salt, Spices, Herbs.
Contains: Sulphites.

Cooking Instructions
- Run the carrot and ginger soup pouches under warm tap water for 8-10 seconds to slightly thaw. Open both pouches and add the contents to a large pot on high heat.
- Cover pot with a lid and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir to help thaw on all sides and avoid scalding on the bottom of the pot. Be careful as the soup will be hot and may splash.
- Cover pot with the lid again for an additional 5 minutes until warmed through. Enjoy!
