The Italians got a lot right when it comes to food, and among them is the iconic rosée sauce. Introducing our take on this classic, our Creamy Penne in Rosée Sauce with Italian Sausage, Basil, and Parmesan. 

Al dente penne pasta finds a cosy home in our creamy rosée sauce made from tomatoes, cream, white wine and parmesan, and invites friends like roasted button mushrooms seasoned with fresh thyme and sliced Italian sausage to come hang out. Topped with delicate petals of parmesan reggiano, even the most scrupulous Nonna can’t resist!

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the rosée sauce pouch, followed by the penne pouch on top, with ¼ cup of water. Cook over medium high heat for 7-8 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through and the sauce coats the noodles.
  2. Plate the penne rosée and garnish with the parmesan cheese petals. Enjoy!
