Grilled Chicken Pesto Penne with Parmigiano Reggiano

They say pesto is the best-o for a reason! Okay, maybe they don’t say that, but we definitely do. This tasty green sauce gets its colour from fresh basil and its creaminess from high quality olive oil. Toss in some savoury parmesan and nutty almonds, and you’ve got something undeniably delicious.
The only way to improve pesto? Pair it with seasoned flame-grilled chicken and penne pasta designed specifically to scoop up as much of that gorgeous sauce as possible. This dish will be a family favourite in no time.
Ingredients: Chicken thigh, Penne (durum wheat semolina, niacin, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) Baby spinach, Olive oil, Half and half cream, Basil, Parmesan cheese, Slivered almonds, Lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil), Water, Kosher salt, Herbs, Spices.
Contains: Milk, Wheat, Almonds, Sulphites.

Cooking Instructions
- In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the penne and pesto pouch, followed by the spinach and chicken pouch on top.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and cook over medium heat for 8-10 min, stirring occasionally.
- Plate the grilled chicken pesto penne and garnish with the parmigiano reggiano. Enjoy!
