This dish has just about everything you could want from a bolognese! It’s got a thick, rich sauce, and fresh hand-made pasta. This vegan bolognese features the plant-based protein of Impossible Beef, but after being simmered for hours like any true Italian sauce, you’d never know it wasn’t your favourite meat-based bolognese. Since this dish is ready in 10 minutes at home, nobody will judge if you lick your plate clean.
Ingredients: Impossible plant-based protein (water, soy protein concentrate, sunflower oil, coconut oil, methylcellulose, glutamates, natural flavours, sugars, modified plant starch, yeast extract, soy leghemoglobin, salt, mixed tocopherols, l-tryptophan, soy protein Isolate, zinc gluconate, ferric phosphate, niacin, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, vitamin B12), Semolina flour (durum wheat), Canned whole peeled tomatoes (organic tomatoes, sea salt, basil), Onion, Water, Carrots, Celery, Garlic.

Cooking Instructions
- In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the bolognese sauce pouch, followed by the rigatoni pasta on top with 3/4 cup water.
- Cook over medium high heat for 8-10 min stirring often, until the noodles are warmed through and the sauce begins to coat the noodles.
- Garnish with the parmesan. Enjoy!
