Cooking Instructions
- Place the bag of basil pesto in a bowl of cold water to thaw.
- Boil a medium-sized pot of water.
- Add the contents of the gnocchi pouch, and boil for 3-4 minutes, until gnocchi floats to the surface of the water. Stir gently to ensure gnocchi does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Meanwhile, in a large non-stick pan, add the pomodoro sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes on high heat until the sauce is thawed and starting to boil.
- Drain gnocchi and add gnocchi into pomodoro sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring gently.
- Cut a small corner of the basil pesto bag to create a hole for piping.
- Plate the gnocchi, pipe over the basil pesto and garnish with grted parmesan. Enjoy!
