Cooking Instructions

  1. Add the bag of basil pesto to a bowl of cold water to thaw while you get started.
  2. In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the pomodoro sauce along with 1 cup of water and cook for 5-6 minutes on high heat until sauce is thawed and starting to boil.
  3. Add the gnocchi and cook for additional 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until the gnocchi are soft and the sauce is reduced to a creamy consistency.
  4. Cut a small corner of the basil pesto bag to create a hole for piping.
  5. Plate the gnocchi, pipe over the basil pesto and garnish with grated parmesan. Enjoy!
