With wild honey, scotch bonnet dust, and lime zest, these wings are aromatic, complex, sweet yet smokey and feature the distinctive jerk flavours of Jamaica’s native spices.

Ingredients: Chicken wings, Onions, Sugars (mango juice, pineapple juice, brown sugar), White vinegar, Habanero peppers, Red peppers, Water, Ginger, Red wine, Rum, Garlic, Fresh parsley, Green onions, Browning (colour), Fresh Thyme, Herbs and Spices.

Cooking Instructions

Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 375C.
  2. Spread wings evenly on a parchment lined baking tray.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the wings at the 6 minute mark.
