Mezzi Rigatoni alla Bolognese

Shaped like tubes, rigatoni pasta is perfectly suited for a thick and hearty sauce like this classic ragu Bolognese! Made with beautifully slow-cooked pancetta and ground pork, red wine, homemade tomato sauce and a soffritto of carrots, onion, and celery, this dish is a match made in heaven.

Ingredients: Semolina flour (wheat), Ground pork, Crushed Tomatoes (peeled tomatoes, tomato puree, basil, salt), Parmesan cheese, Water, Red wine, Celery, Pancetta (pork, salt, sugar (dextrose), sodium ascorbate, flavours, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate), Carrots, Onion, Olive oil, Kosher salt, Black pepper, Garlic, Rosemary, Sage, Chili flakes, Bay leaf, Marjoram.
Contains: Wheat, Milk.
Cooking Instructions
- Fill a medium sized pot with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and bring to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, add fresh pasta to the pot and cook for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the contents of your sauce pack to a separate large pan. Add ½ cup of water to the pan and cook for 8 minutes.
- Strain pasta when it is done cooking and add to the pan of sauce. Toss with sauce to coat and use a large spoon or tongs to plate pasta in a pasta bowl.
- Garnish with the grana padano cheese. Enjoy!
