Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Spatula may offer referral promotions that allow existing customers to provide discounts or credits to new customers. Referral rewards are intended for the introduction of new customers to Spatula.

Referral offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Referral discounts may only be applied to a first order placed by a new customer.
• Only one referral reward may be issued per household or delivery address.
• Orders placed using multiple accounts, duplicate email addresses, or other methods intended to circumvent this limitation may be deemed ineligible for referral rewards.
• Spatula reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse referral credits where abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms are suspected.
• Spatula may modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
