Cooking Instructions
Stove Top Cooking Instructions
- Add the salsa roja pouch to a bowl of cold water to thaw while you get started.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium high heat until hot. Once hot, add the contents of the chicken and vegetable pouch and cook for 4-5 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
- Meanwhile, heat a second non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the flour tortillas 1-2 at a time and reheat for 20-30 seconds per side, or until the tortillas are warmed through. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Plate the tortillas and fill with the chicken and pepper mix.
- Remove the salsa roja from the water. Using scissors, cut the corner of the pouch and drizzle over the fajitas. Enjoy!
Microwave Instructions
- Add the salsa roja pouch to a bowl of cold water to thaw while you get started.
- Add the contents of the chicken and vegetable pouch to a large plate and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until entire dish is warmed through.
- Open tortilla pouch, and place separate pieces on a large plate with as little overlap as possible. Microwave for 10 seconds intervals until tortillas are warm.
- Fill the tortillas with chicken and peppers.
- Remove the salsa roja from the water. Using scissors, cut the corner of the pouch and drizzle over the fajitas. Enjoy!
