Get ready to twirl your fork and indulge in a classic Italian comfort with our Spaghetti and Meatball dish! Crafted with tender meatballs, al dente spaghetti, and rich marinara sauce, every forkful delivers a burst of vibrant flavours and textures! Mamma Mia! It’s sooo good!

Ingredients: Pasta sauce (tomatoes, onions, carrot puree, garlic puree, salt, sugar, basil, black pepper, red pepper, and naturally derived citric acid), Beef meatballs (beef, water, toasted wheat crumbs, textured soy protein (caramel colour), dehydrated onion, salt, parmesan cheese flavour, dextrose, sugar, spices, drhydrated garlic, corn maltodextrin, spice extracts, canola oil), Spaghetti (durum wheat semolina, niacin, ferrous sulphate, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), Olive oil.

Contains: Milk, Soy, Wheat.

Produced in a facility where other food allergens could be present.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Run the Pasta Sauce pouch under warm tap water for 8-10 seconds to slightly thaw.
  2. In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the sauce pouch, meatballs, followed by the pasta pouch on top.
  3. Add ¾ cup of water, and cook over medium high heat for 8-10 min stirring occasionally, until the pasta and meatballs are warmed through and the sauce begins to coat the pasta.
  4. Plate the spaghetti and meatballs and enjoy!

What plans can I choose from to try SPATULA dishes?
You can either enjoy Spatula through a subscription (which you can skip or cancel at anytime) or through a one time only order.
How long can SPATULA meals be stored?
All SPATULA meals should be stored in the freezer. They should be consumed before the suggested best before date to maximize freshness and quality. Once cooked, leftovers can be stored in the fridge but should be consumed within 48 hours.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across most of Ontario. Click here to check your postal code for availability.
When will my order arrive?
Orders received by 9 PM Sunday will be shipped and delivered on the date associated with your region the following week. Delivery times are between 10 AM – 8 PM. You’ll receive a text message the night before your delivery with a reminder, and another text on your delivery date with tracking details so you can follow your order.

For added convenience, we also offer Express Shipping. Place your order by 12 PM (noon) and enjoy guaranteed delivery the very next day.
