Cooking Instructions

Sauce Pan (Just Heat It Up)

  1. Open the bag and place it in the pot while it is still frozen.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the soup melts, then high heat. When it comes to a boil, it’s done.
  3. Serve on a bowl and it’s done.

Microwave (Just Microwave It)

  1. Open the bag and place it in the heat resistant bowl while it is still frozen. Then heat at 1100w for 4 minutes. (If you cover it with a plate, it will heat more evenly.)
  2. Remove the cha-shu, and poke the ice cubes in the soup with chopsticks (Be careful that the container is hot.)
  3. Heat for another 4 minutes at 1100w.
  4. Soak the cha-shu into the soup to serve.

What plans can I choose from to try SPATULA dishes?
You can either enjoy SPATULA through a subscription (which you can skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard), or through a Discovery Box (a one-time order that you will only be charged for once). Subscribing allows you to unlock savings per dish, but a Discovery Box allows you to give SPATULA a try without needing to manage a subscription.
How long can SPATULA meals be stored?
All SPATULA meals should be stored in the freezer. They should be consumed before the suggested best before date to maximize freshness and quality. Once cooked, leftovers can be stored in the fridge but should be consumed within 48 hours.
