A garden-fresh delight on a thin, crispy crust with melted mozzarella, roasted zucchini, eggplant, and red peppers over a bright tomato basil sauce. Each bite is a celebration of Mediterranean flavor, where simple ingredients come together in perfect harmony.
Ingredients: Dough (flour, water, yeast, salt, canola oil, sugar, sunflower lecithin, enzymes), Tomato sauce (tomatoes, tomato juice, basil, salt, citric acid), Mozzarella (milk, bacterial culture, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), Zucchini, Eggplant, Roasted red pepper (roasted red peppers, water, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), Extra virgin olive oil.

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475 ̊F (246 ̊C).
- Once the oven reaches 475F, take the pizza out of the freezer and place directly on the oven rack.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes and be sure to check in on your pizza. Not all ovens are created equal!
- At 9-minutes, switch the oven setting to broil. For extra crispy pizza, cook your pizza on broil for about 1 minute or until the cheese starts to brown.
- Take the pizza out of the oven (caution very hot), and if you'd like, drizzle it with some Olive Oil to finish.Buon Appetito!
