Cooking Instructions
Sauce Pan (Just Heat It Up)
- Open the bag and place it in the pot while it is still frozen.
- Cook over medium heat until the soup melts, then high heat. When it comes to a boil, it’s done.
- Serve on a bowl and it’s done.
Microwave (Just Microwave It)
- Open the bag and place it in the heat resistant bowl while it is still frozen. Then heat at 1100w for 4 minutes. (If you cover it with a plate, it will heat more evenly.)
- Remove the cha-shu, and poke the ice cubes in the soup with chopsticks (Be careful that the container is hot.)
- Heat for another 4 minutes at 1100w.
- Soak the cha-shu into the soup to serve.
