Tender lamb meets aromatic spices in this mild Rogan Josh inspired Indian lamb curry dish. The rich tomato-based curry sauce contains herbs and spices like fresh mint and coriander, black cardamom, turmeric, and garam masala - just to name a few! Served atop basmati rice scented with star anise and fennel seeds, this curry boasts lots of flavour.
Ingredients: Lamb shoulder, Water, Yellow onion, Basamti rice, Whole tomatoes, Unsalted butter, Cinnamon, Fresh ginger, Crispy shallots (canola oil, wheat, flour, salt), Peas, Kosher salt, Garlic, Paprika, Ground coriander, Garam masala, Fresh peppermint, Chicken bouillon (glucose solids, corn starch, salt, chicken fat, dehydrated chicken, yeast extract, flavour, onion powder, hydrolyzed plant protein, ground tumeric, citric acid, spice extractives), Ground turmeric, Fresh cilantro, Ground nutmeg, Bay leaf, Anise star, Black cardamom, Fennel seeds.

Cooking Instructions
- In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the lamb curry pouch with 1/2 cup of water. Cook over medium heat for 7-8 min, stirring often until warmed through.
- Meanwhile, in a second large non-stick pan, add the contents of the rice pouch with 3-5 tbsp of water and cook over medium heat for 4-5 min, stirring often until warmed through.
- Plate the lamb curry alongside the rice.
- Garnish with the curry with crispy shallots. Enjoy!
