This side dish combines chickpeas and potatoes with the flavours of the Mediterranean Pair these delicious, crispy chickpea potato sticks with your favourite meal for a filling combination that’s sure to become your new go-to.

Ingredients: Potato, Chickpea, Rapeseed oil, Onion, Pea starch, Garlic, Salt, Parsley, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Salt, Spices, Sugar (dextrose), Lime juice.

Cooking Instructions

A. Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F / 232°C.
  2. Spread frozen chickpea batons in a single layer on a flat baking sheet or pan.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook to a light golden colour.

B. Air Fryer

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lay chickpea batons in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, depending on your preferred crispiness.
  3. Plate the hot chickpea batons carefully. Enjoy!

Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking times are approximate. Cook to desired texture.
