Cooking Instructions
- Place shredded vegetables, and hoisin sauce in warm water to defrost.
- Add 2 cups of water to a non-stick pan, place a steaming basket on the pan, followed by the included steaming paper.
- Place baos in the steamer, ensure that they do not touch - steam on medium for 8 minutes.
- In a separate pan, place sauce and pork belly with 3 tbsp of water.
