Cooking Instructions
- Place shredded vegetables, and hoisin sauce in warm water to defrost.
- Add 2 cups of water to a non-stick pan, place a steaming basket on the pan, followed by the included steaming paper.
- Place 4 baos in the steamer, ensure that they do not touch each other - steam on medium heat for 8 minutes. Repeat if cooking 8 baos.
- In a separate pan, place the contents of the sauce and pork belly pouch with 3 tbsp of water. Cook over medium-high heat for 7 minutes. Flipping occasionally until the meat is warmed through.
- Carefully remove the warm baos from the steamer, add hoisin sauce, followed by the pork, then pickled vegetables.
- Enjoy!
