And this recipe is no different.

You're in luck to try his mouth-watering fusion dish in the comfort of your home. This pan fried udon is smooth and packed with black pepper flavour. Pair it with an Asian beer like Tiger or Sapporo and you're all set! 

Ingredients: Udon noodles (wheat flour, water, modified tapioca starch, propylene glycol alginate, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate), Shrimp, Gailan, Water, Sugar (honey), Red bell pepper, Yellow bell pepper, Unsalted butter, Scallion, Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, brewing starter, shao hsing wine), Ginger, Garlic, Oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, oyster extractives, monosodium glutamate, modified corn starch, wheat flour, caramel colour, wheat), White sesame seeds, Instant coffee, Canola oil, Black pepper, White pepper.

Contains: Shrimp, Milk, Wheat, Soy, Sesame seeds.

Produced in a facility where other food allergens could be present. 

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the shrimp and vegetables pouch, followed by both packs of noodles on top.
  2. Cook over medium high heat for 3-4 min, until the steam from the vegetables begins to thaw the udon noodles.
  3. Once the udon noodles begin to thaw, cook for an additional 5-6 min, stirring often to coat the noodles and warm through.
  4. Plate the udon noodles and garnish with the sesame seeds and enjoy!
